It was a difficult job with a lot of ups and downs, but you got it done. Please convey to Raul, Kristen and Raul that they were very very good, and I appreciate all the hard work they did, especially putting in the foundation, steel beams and all the complicated preparation they had to do.
I realize the seismic and architectural teams were not fun to work with and I appreciate you dealing with them the best way you could to get the job done. Well done Courtney, Adam and I are very happy the way it all turned out. I hope you can get a bit of rest now, take another Hawaiian vacation!
